• Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in full charges as per provider rules.

3. Refunds

• Eligible refunds are processed once the rental provider confirms approval.
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Bookpickgo is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.
